Training in isolation of a deep understanding of the capabilities and processes required to meet specific objectives can waste both time and money.

At JHA Consult we believe companies must first identify the capabilities and processes that it requires to meet its objectives, secondly establish whether current employees possess those capabilities, thirdly determine whether the correct processes are in place and only then consider how to fill any gaps between the current and desired skill sets and establish whether training has a role in filling those gaps.
